This month meet Greg Telego. Greg is an Implementation Specialist at ADC and our latest Employee of the Quarter! He joined ADC with the recent acquisition of the eCommerce fulfillment platform, ShopperKit. Before officially being a member of ADC, Greg joined the ShopperKit team in May of 2020.
What are the biggest trends or changes you have seen in the industry since you started working at ADC?
Without a doubt, the biggest change was the explosion in online grocery ordering. I came on just as the pandemic was impacting the country in 2020, and everyone started to work from home and shopping online.
What do you feel is the most important challenge facing your customers?
I see the biggest challenge for my customers is to improve their online presence so they can offer the best possible experience to their customers. I think we will see grocers implement more personalization technology in 2021 to focus on the customer experience.
How are you hoping to make an impact with our clients?
Over the years, I have worked in multiple industries and had a lot of different job titles, but customer service has always been my focus. Whether it is internal customers or external customers providing excellent customer service is my goal.
Which Fresh Item Do You Have the Biggest Appetite For?
We are in the middle of winter here in Ohio, so right now I’m thinking about grilling outside and eating fresh corn on the cob.
