In our most recent ADC Employee Spotlight, we are highlighting a team member who truly burns the midnight oil and grinds it out for our customers, Adam Conner. Adam has been an integral part of the ADC team for over seven years. He is an Implementation Specialist who works with new and existing clients to migrate to our fresh item management platform, FreshIQ®. Adam says he works at ADC because of the people.

You do not have to be the best at everything if you have the right people on your team. Working together to make everyone stronger creates a great team.”
What are the biggest trends or changes you have seen in the industry since you started working at ADC?
The move to SaaS. When ADC first started out, like most others in the grocery and convenience tech industry, the platform was on-premise. Then four years ago ADC decided to take the platform to the next level by building a new platform from the ground up to a SaaS solution.
What do you feel is the most important challenge facing your customers?
During recent times with the pandemic and even before, one of the most important challenges for customers has been moving forward with technology and getting the most out of what is available to them.
How are you hoping to make an impact with our clients?
I hope to make the transition to FreshIQ smooth and maybe even enjoyable 😊.
