Typically, during this time of year, we are preparing to host our annual ReFresh Conference with our customers, industry colleagues, and staff. Like so many other events around the world, COVID-19 has put a stop to ReFresh 2020. The history of the ReFresh Conference has always been to reflect on progress made over the prior year. Though I am disappointed to not be able to take this time to meet in person and share all the amazing successes we have seen at ADC since last year’s conference, I still want to take the time to highlight what has taken place since the last conference and reconnect on where ADC is headed into 2021 and beyond.
- Our customers are priority #1—Since ReFresh 19, we have quadrupled our customer success team, and we will continue to grow the team over this next year.
- We have had tremendous growth—ADC has reached a major milestone of over 20,000 locations using our products. We are honored to be the platform of choice for all things fresh for our customers in both the grocery and convenience store industries.
- Exciting announcements ahead—We are not stopping anytime soon. ADC is committed to making our fresh item management platform the best on the market. As we close out the year, we will be releasing FreshIQ 2 with game-changing enhancements our customers will be thrilled to see. We also have some great new initiatives in food waste and forecasting/data science that we look forward to sharing in months ahead.
